 The
ProTouch application has been developed to be robust
enough to handle all your POS needs. Through an open development
process, ProTouch has always looked for new or improved ways to
improve itself. Every year our development team is asked for progressive
features from clients and its dedicated team of dealer & installers
world wide. Instead of informing the customer of a simple yes or
no answer, the customer is invited to detail the feature they desire.
We take onboard customers wish lists as a valuable part of design
process. This simple development concept has now made each and every
ProTouch release more exciting than the next.
Its this willingness to adapt that has seen the
creation of many interfaces to third party hardware/software, or
program customisations for specific runtime application through
the use of custom Dll's. Recent undertakings by the development
team has seen the creation of the Video Ordering System
(VOS). This touch screen, full-colour order preparation
application allows ProTouch to now offer an integrated
system through all processes of a sale. These steps have all come
from our willingness to take the customers wishes, and turn them
into reality.
Developed for integration:
A customer approached one of our experienced local dealers and talked
through the idea of a system that could manage fast food preparation
via kitchen screens and handling of phone orders, internet orders,
held orders and quickly, effectively and accurately manage all features
via touch screen technology. This lead to the development of new
ProTouch products, and one happy customer.
Our dealers, working in the industry with customers, give us valuable
feedback to design systems that work the way the customer wants
